Friday FOs - 07.06.2019

The last few weeks have been a mixture of being too busy, too tired or just forgetful so this week you get to see all the tnighs I have finished over the last 5 weeks. Here they are.

Comfort Bear No. 19 for this year
This is the bear that I made 4 weeks ago.

Comfort Bear No. 20 for this year
This one was made 3 weeks ago.

Comfort Bear No. 21 for this year
2 weeks ago I made this bear.

Comfort Bear No. 22 for this year.
And this is last week's bear.

And now for the items that I have finished this week.

Comfort Bear No. 23 for this year.
Even though I have been busy with other things or having trouble staying awake I have still managed to finish a bear each week and this week is no exception.

A Blue Duck
I also managed to finish this duck which is the third of three ducks that I was commissioned to make. This, of course, meand that I now have ...

Three Ducks
... these three ducks ready for delivery to their new owner.

That's all I have for now, hopefully you won't have to wait 5 weeks for the next update.

Until next time, have a good one.

Richard.

Friday FOs - 05.04.2019

Having not posted my finished objects for a couple of weeks I thought it might be time to do so. Here are my finished objects for the last three weeks.

Comfort Bear No. 12 for this year.
This bear was finished two weeks ago.

Comfort Bear No. 13 for this year
This bear was finished last week.

A Green Duck
This duck, finished last week, is the second of three ducks that I have been asked to make.

Comfort Bear No. 14 for this year.
Here is the Bear that I finished this week.

Well, that's all my finished objects for the last three weeks. Hopefully it won't take me three weeks to poost the next finished objects.

Until next time, have a good one.

Friday FOs - 15.03.2019

I have been struggling a bit lately, both with crocheting and posting photos. Here are the items that I have finished in the last three weeks.

Comfort Bear No. 9 for this year
This is the bear that I finished two weeks ago.

Comfort Bear No. 10 for this year
Here is last week's bear.

A Yellow Duck
This is the first of three ducks that I am making for a lady that works at one of the community centres that I teach at.

Comfort Bear No. 11 for this year
Here is this week's bear.

While I struggle with energy levels that make it difficult to stay awake long enough to finish anything I will continue to try to make at least one bear each week. Whether I will post every week is another question entirely, I promise nothing.

That's it from me for this week. Until next time, have a good one.

Friday FOs - 04.01.2019

The first Friday of the new year and I'm starting where I left off from last year. I have a couple of finished objects for you this week, and here they are.

Here is the story of the Brown Bear so far. The Brown Bear (finished a couple of weeks ago) sees and Red Bird (finished last week), the Red Bird sees ...

A Yellow Duck
I was hoping to get the animal that the Yellow Duck sees finished for today but I have been having trouble with the pattern and haven't finished it yet.

Comfort Bear No. 1 for this year
The start of a new yer means the another year of bears, and this is the first of the year. I proved last year that I can complete one of these each week and I will be trying to match that this year.

That's it from me for this week. Until next time, have a good one.

Friday FOs - 30.10.2015

I didn't get a chance to take photos this afternoon as Sue and I were at the local show looking after the craft pavilion, but more on that later. I did get photos taken this evening under artificial light and flash so the colours are a little off. Here are my finished objects for this week.

Two Little Ducks
I started and completed these on Monday so they didn't get to feature on WIP Wednesday.

Knitted Trauma Teddy #4
I had to go all the way back to March to find the last time I finished one of these. This one has been waiting that long for me to get around to it.

Trauma Teddy #42 for 2015
This is the latest addition to my Trauma Teddy army.

That's it from me for this week. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what other people have made.

Friday FOs - 29.08.2014

I have been quite busy with the crochet hooks this week and have managed to finish four items, and here they are.

Toddler's Jacket - Zoom by Ellen Gormley
I have now made six of these jackets and now have five for the stall (I have managed to sell one since starting to make these) which means that I can now find something else to make until I sell more of these. I think I should try and find something that is a bit more boyish.

Baby Bootees
I have been experimenting with Crocodile Stitch lately (called it dragon scale the other day, slight brain fade I think) and decided to make my standard bootees with a Crocodile Stitch cuff. I think they worked out quite well.

Tiny Duck
Just because I like to have two of all the smaller toys that I make (after someone complained that I didn't) I needed to make a second duck, and here it is.

Trauma Teddy #51
This is the 33rd Trauma Teddy for this year and I am quite liking the new design even if others aren't (they seem to prefer the ones that are made flat and stitched up the back). The other is a bit easier in some respects (like figuring out the middle for separating the legs) but I have never been into doing a lot of sewing and I like being able to pull the stitches a bit tighter around the neck in order to make it look like they have necks.

That's it for the FOs this week. To see more FOs just check out the links in the sidebar.

Friday FOs - 22.08.2014

I haven't finished anything major this week, just another tiny toy and another trauma teddy. Here they are.

Tiny Duck
This is to replace the one I sold a couple of months back. I will be making another of these just to make sure I have a couple on hand.

Trauma Teddy #50
This is number 32 for this year. If I manage to finish one per week for the rest of the year I should have completed 50 this year and 68 all up. The ears on this one are a bit odd. Maybe I can improve on the next one.

That's it for me for this week. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what others have been making.
