It has another busy week and most of my WIPs have seen some progress, and here they are.
|
Rose Clan Dress Tartan Rug |
Just a few more chains thread through this week.
|
Slanted Scarf |
I've made good progress on this one.
|
Daffodil Teacloth |
The fourth segment has been completed and joined to the first 3. Only one more segment and the centre to go, then comes the sewing in of ends (if I can find them all).
|
Squares in Squares Blanket |
I didn't get to complete a full stage this week but it is getting larger and each stage is taking longer to complete. One more set of triangles after this and I will be ready to do the border. Someone last week asked if this is crocheted so for those that are interested, it is Tunisian Crochet.
|
Crochenit Cot Blanket |
Another change of colour and it's almost square.
|
Toddler's Jacket - Zoom by Ellen Gormley |
I only finished one of these last week and started a new one almost immediately. This one is in shades of blue.
I still haven't sewn the hoodie together but I hope to make some progress on that this week. Those of you that have been paying attention will realise that something else is missing from this post but since that is no longer a WIP it will feature on Friday so come back then to have a look.
As usual, check out
Tami's Amis,
Ginny's Yarn Along,
Kristine's Ambassador Crochet and
Nicole's Keep Calm, Craft On to see what others have been making.
Richard.
You're making visible progress on your squares in square blanket! Woot woot!
ReplyDeletei'm reasonably new to crochet, can you tell me what the difference is between crochet and tunisian crochet?
ReplyDeleteNormal crochet you usually work one stitch at a time, with Tunisian Crochet you pick up a row of stitches and work them back off. I would suggest checking out u-tube for videos.
DeleteReally loving that teacloth! I remember when you first started it. nice to have a project almost done, right?
