Wednesday WIPs - 29.05.2015

Well, this week has bee a little different. I haven't done as much crochet as I would normally do. This is partly because we have been busy with Red Shield and partly because I've had a couple of slack nights when I didn't really feel like crocheting. As a result of this, only six of my WIPs have been worked on and, since one of those is now finished, I only have five to show you tonight. Here they are.

Woollen Baby Blanket - Square 51 from "99 Granny Squars to Crochet"
Another square completed. I only have about 8 weeks to complete this, 5 before we go away and 3 after we get back, unless I take it with me, but I was planning on do other things on this trip.

AustralianaV2 - designed by me
I think I'm making good progress on this one. It's another one that I would like to have ready for the show but I'm not sure if I'm progressing fast enough.

Crochenit Cot Blanket
Still working on the first side of the border. A couple more rows and I will be able to switch to the other side.

Toddler's Jacket - Zoom by Ellen Gormley
This is one I took with me to work on while sitting at Bunnings. I'm still not sure about the length of the yarn I'm using. I may have to shorten the sleeves.

Tunisian Spiral Blanket
Another one that's growing slowly, but it is growing.

I'm yet to pick out the yarn for my next baby's clothing project but I expect I will be starting that this week. I also have to pick out the yarn and pattern for my next stuffed toy as I finished one this week (I will be showing it on Friday), and I still have a bit of work to do on the other toy that I'm making but didn't work on this week. If I get stuck in tomorrow I may have another FO for Friday, but you'll just have to wait and see.

To see what others have been making just check out the links in the sidebar.

Richard.
