Wednesday WIPs - 04.03.2015

I haven't done as much this week as I would have liked to but I still got quite a bit done.

Here is some of the items that I have worked on this week.

Woollen Baby Blanket - motifs from Ellen Gormley's book
I managed to finish a row of octagons and start on the next row of squares. A couple more rows of octagons and it will be time to sew in all the ends. I'm not really looking forward to that.

Knitted Scarf
This was one of the projects that I took with me to the Baby Bazaar. The other was the Boy's Jumper.

Boy's Rugby Jumper
I got most of the second sleeve done. I would have finished it if I hadn't started it with the wrong hook. It will be ready for sewing up soon.

Shy Butterfly Baby's Jacket in 8 ply
I have almost finished the body. Soon it will be time to start on the sleeves.

Koala - designed by Planetjune
I thought I had better work on this one this week since I didn't work on it last week. I managed to get the arms done. Just the legs, ears and nose to go and then sew everything together. Should be finished in a couple of weeks.

That's all from me for this week. Come back on Friday to see the other things I have worked on. As usual, check out the links in the sidebar to see what everyone else has been making.

  1. Wow you are super busy! I love all of your projects and can't wait to see them finished. I don't envy you with all those ends. Sue

  2. I, myself, had quite a lot of WIPS to share this week. I know how it is not getting much work done of your pieces, but keep chugging along. Slowly they will come together nicely!
Thank you for sharing your WIPS with us at our Yarn Fanatic Linky Party! And I hope you will be back to party with us again real soon.
