We didn't do much in the way of sightseeing today. After getting up early so we could catch the ferry back to Scotland, we found our way to the laundrette in Dumbarton that we used before and got our washing done and then made our way to Stirling. Sue wasn't real happy when she found out is was yet another shower over a bath. I don't know why these people think that putting a few grab rails around a bath makes it suitable for disabled people.
We did manage to take a few photos today. Here are the more interesting ones.

The ship that left dock just before us, It's headed for Cairnryan |

We got to see a different shoreline as we were leaving the harbour |

A bridge we saw on our way to Stirling |
We picked up our new car at Prestwick Airport. Sue managed to get us upgraded to a Peugeot 407 estate automatic for about $9 a day on top of what we had already paid. It's a diesel with a 6 speed gearbox and it seems to hesitate when it changes gears, almost like it's double-clutching.
The plan for tomorrow is to catch a train into Glasgow and have a look around the older area of the city and then tomorrow night we head into Edinburgh to see the Tattoo. I expect that we may get back to the hotel rather late tomorrow night so don't expect and update at the usual time.
Richard.
