Holiday Diary - Day 42

This is the end of the sixth week of our UK holiday, with another six weeks to go I guess that means that this is the halfway mark.

Today we drove from Carmarthen to Cardiff via Swansea. We didn't do much in the way of sightseeing today so only took a few of photos.

What we did was to visit a couple of yarn stores to try and find a 0.5mm crochet hook. The guy I share tutoring duties with in Albury wants one but so far I haven't been able to find anything smaller than a 0.6mm. I have been informed that Coats used to make a set of hooks that went down to a 0.25mm but I don't know anybody that would want to try using one that small.

Anyhow, here are some photos for your viewing pleasure.

We saw these fish yesterday when we went shopping but didn't have the camera
with us so we went back today and took a couple

Another shot of the fish

They seem to like their fancy bridges over here
Tomorrow we leave Wales and head back into England, stopping Wellington for couple of nights.

Richard.
